What will the apprentice be doing?
- Assisting in First Line support Calls from customers
- Logging and ticket issue of support calls and reported faults
- Remotely resolving issues where practicable and escalating when necessary to second line support
- Remotely assisting on site engineers with IPCCTV Camera issues and set up
- In house configuration of IPCCTV Cameras for Installation on customer sites
- Logging of IP Camera faults for RMA with Suppliers/Manufacturers
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
You will work towards a Level 3 Information Communications Technician apprenticeship standard delivered by VQ Solutions.
During this apprenticeship, you will develop a portfolio, attend online workshop sessions and have regular reviews. All apprenticeship work will be completed during working hours.
Functional Skills in maths and English, if required.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
On completion of the apprenticeship a full-time position will be offered by the company with internal progression.
