What will the apprentice be doing?

Duties include:

  • Speaking to customer both in the office and in the community
  • Receiving phone calls
  • Taking messages
  • Supervised visits to customers premises to complete risks assessments and audits
  • Updating the database with new customers and existing customers
  • General administration

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Level 2 Customer Service Apprenticeship Standard with SBC Training, Shrewsbury. 

Working in a customer service role is diverse and rewarding. As a Customer Service Practitioner Apprentice you will be supported to develop skills that will demonstrate excellent customer service such as questioning, positive engagement and developing an understanding of your employer’s products or services.

Apprentices will learn in a blended format which includes online, anytime access learning combined with expert-led classroom training in core topics and self-directed learning.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Opportunity to progress into a full time role with us after successful completion of the apprenticeship, with options of promotions within the team.

Lisa is actively involved in the day-to-day running of the business and ensures that everything runs smoothly. Carl works on business development and is always looking at ways of making Cavendish Cleaning Ltd stand out from other cleaning companies. The company was originally formed as there was a need for a cleaning business that provides a good, quality and affordable service that customers can rely on. As an established company with an excellent record of providing customer satisfaction, we never compromise on the quality or the service we offer. We believe that keeping customers happy and providing them with the best service possible is essential. We therefore ensure that our cleaners are reliable, responsible, trustworthy and punctual by DBS checking, referencing and training them to high standards. Without our staff, we wouldn’t be who we are.
