What will the apprentice be doing?

What you'll do:

  • Develop skills, knowledge and experience whilst working on the reception one day per week, plus daily lunchtime cover, and full time cover during the main Receptionist’s annual leave
  • General administrative support to all departments within the main office, in particular HR, and Community Programmes Department
  • Contribute to providing an environment where the central functions of the Trust can operate effectively

Salary dependent on prior experience. 

Please ensure you can travel to both the employer in Bedford and Milton Keynes College.

You’ll be supported by a fantastic team of people in both your employment and at college during your Business Administrator Apprenticeship.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

We have approximately 1200 positions across the whole of our organisation – five sites in total all in Bedford. This provides many opportunities. This role enables exposure to areas of HR and Marketing/Communication as well as general admin allowing an individual to determine career path. There may also be opportunities to continue in a more specialised role at Level 4.
