    Year 1 - £16,500. Salary (£12,000) + On Target Commission (£4,500) uncapped. Year 2 - £27,600. Salary (£18,000) + On Target Commission (£8,400) + On Target Bonus (£1,200) uncapped.

What will the apprentice be doing?

Our apprenticeship will focus on improving skills in the following areas:

  • Quoting
  • Sales
  • Order processing
  • Purchasing
  • Account management
  • Gathering customer reviews

  • Data cleansing
  • Office duties

Your typical day will consist of contacting customers on the phone and email. You will qualify inbound leads, discuss product and costs with suppliers, and quote for the required products. After which you will chase customers for their decision and convert as many quotes to orders as is possible.

You will be motivated by very achievable target driven commissions and bonuses.

Course information:

During your apprenticeship you will be enrolled at Leeds City College (School of Business) and will complete the following programme:

Customer Service Practitioner - Level 2

This programme allows students to develop their skills. The role of a customer service practitioner is to deliver high-quality products and services to the customers of an organisation.

Mostly selling B2B; whether customers are looking for printed mugs, promotional bags, branded keyrings, pens with a logo, umbrellas with custom artwork, Promo Parrot provide it all.
