The candidate will be working at different sites in Cornwall and Devon. Sites are currently at Bodmin, Padstow, Lostwithiel, Temple, Herodsfoot and Downderry. As the sites are often in rural locations having reliable transport is essential. Otherwise, we will try to arrange pick up by one of the team members, but this may not always be possible, depending on where the applicant resides and the location of the site to attend. The company organise work parties and there is a uniform.

About the employer

We are a small family business with a team of employees and subcontractors that have been working together for many years. We work on new builds, renovations, conversions and extensions. Our preferred area of work is barn conversions, which we have specialised in. Barn conversions require a lot of bespoke masonry work and most of our longstanding clients appreciate our ideas and suggestions to turn their old buildings into beautiful homes. We have received rewards for some of our builds.
