What will the apprentice be doing?

The administrator will work across all departments including, sales, stores, purchasing and general admin.

Duties will include:

  • Answering the phone
  • Data inputting
  • Document creation
  • Organising staff events
  • Updating staff notice boards
  • Creating and updating quotes
  • Orders and invoices

Additional exposure to other areas of the business will be available to encourage personal development.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Training will be at Doncaster College where you will access a wide range of available facilities. 
  
Day release. 
 
You will undertake The Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship standard.

You will undertake Functional Skills for English and/or Maths if needed .
