What will the apprentice be doing?

The main duties:

  • Manages reception area and looks after visitors
  • Answers phone calls and transfers them as necessary
  • Assist with emails and administration where necessary
  • Drafts, formats, and prints relevant documents
  • Interacts with team and carries out their requests
  • Creates agendas and takes meeting notes
  • Photocopies and files appropriate documents as needed
  • Assist with void letters
  • Make sure all stationery and inventory are in check
  • Take on project set by management.
  • Book and arranges viewings when needed.
  • Creates stationery and marketing materials upon request.
  • Assists in creating material

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • Functional Skills in maths and English if required
  • 5 Additional day courses with HOET
