What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Shadowing staff members and following their lead.

Early Years Educator Level 3 

We provide paediatric first aid and safeguarding Level 1 training along with a variety of other in house training skills.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Once qualified to Level 3, staff are encouraged to further their personal development and apply for room leader, deputy and even manager positions.

About the employer

We are a small local company who take a hands-on approach. We offer childcare from 12 weeks to 5 years. Focusing on child led and in the moment opportunities for all children, our staff use the Birth to five matters framework to provide fun, engaging and developmentally appropriate activities for children in their care.
