What will the apprentice be doing?

Provide general administrative assistance to the company’s commercial team

  • Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
  • Provide call answering and customer service support
  • Route inbound calls to technicians
  • Generate quotes for service and sales items
  • Order goods with suppliers
  • Reconcile data within datasets

  • Familiarity with computer use; especially in the use of Microsoft

  • A Business Administrator Level 3 (A Level) Standard qualification which will include, if necessary, Functional Skills in maths and English to attain Level 2, equivalent of GCSE Grade C/4
