The Briggs and Forrester Technical Apprenticeship enables you to experience a variety of roles which include Design, BIM, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Engineering, Planning, Work Winning and Estimating, Commissioning and Procurement to name but a few.

Your day to day activities will include but are not limited to:

  • Mechanical and Electrical Design
  • Building Information Modelling (BIM)
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Quantity surveying
  • Planning
  • Work winning and estimating
  • Procurement

During your Training you will spend time in each of the following departments which will assist you in developing and broadening your skill set as well as determining which career path you feel you would like to follow once your training has concluded:

  • Operations (site based)
  • Design and BIM (office/site based)
  • Commercial quantity surveying (office/site based)
  • Work winning and Estimating (office based)
  • Planning (site/office based)
