What will the apprentice be doing?
- Responding efficiently to clients on the phone, incoming email and web enquiries and processing hire desk administration
- Managing supplier relationships ensuring our clients needs are met
- Resolving customer complaints and supplier issues efficiently and with compassion
- Assisting our administration assistance with the day to day running of the business
Successful applicants should demonstrate the following:
- Previous industry experience preferred but not essential
- Proven experience in a customer service role or admin roles
- Excellent communication skills Have a high standard of written English
- Consistently excellent and personable telephone manner
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on increasing sales
- Strong team player with the ability to both work to own initiative and alongside our existing team
