What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Responding efficiently to clients on the phone, incoming email and web enquiries and processing hire desk administration
  • Managing supplier relationships ensuring our clients needs are met
  • Resolving customer complaints and supplier issues efficiently and with compassion
  • Assisting our administration assistance with the day to day running of the business

Successful applicants should demonstrate the following:

  • Previous industry experience preferred but not essential
  • Proven experience in a customer service role or admin roles
  • Excellent communication skills Have a high standard of written English
  • Consistently excellent and personable telephone manner
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on increasing sales
  • Strong team player with the ability to both work to own initiative and alongside our existing team
