What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Provide a standard of service that reflects the company corporate image
  • Provide excellent customer service and deal with enquiries in shop and also via telephone and internet
  • Ensure customers are attended to with an efficient and courteous service
  • Respond quickly and efficiently to all enquiries

General clerical duties:

  • Promote the business via social media
  • Provide customer service support for the team
  • Issue forms and invoices
  • Process correspondence and maintain databases within
    agreed standards in terms of accuracy and service standards
  • Manage and protect customer information, including
    financial information

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Upon completion, the learner will be awarded a level 2 customer service practitioner qualification. All training will take place on-site alongside employers and colleagues.
