What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Answer phone and email enquiries promptly / Provide High level Customer Service.
  • Logging Enquiries and Following through on Training Bookings Admin.
  • Work with operations manager to create tailored quotes for customers and gain a good understanding of their training needs.
  • and requirements.
  • Follow up quotes and close enquiries where appropriate.
  • Work closely with other team members to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Develop and manage the Company’s social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn) and produce blogs for the website.
  • Design and develop email campaigns using MailChimp.
  • Ensuring Companies marketing is up to across several (internal and external) platforms.
  • Undertake ad-hoc market research projects.
  • Daily review courses proactive marketing.
  • Running and managing online ads.
  • General administrative duties to support the business.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Level 3 Business Administrator Standard, which includes:

  • Modules covering Skills, Knowledge, and Behaviours in Business.
  • You'll have a personal tutor to guide you through your training.
  • You will attend 1:1 sessions with your tutor every 2/3 weeks.
  • End Point Assessment (online).
  • Occasional group classes with other learners.
  • Functional Skills Level 2 in Maths & English if required.
  • Business Administrator Certificate from IFATE and City & Guilds.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Yes, for the right person, there is room to progress within the business and continue with your studies. The apprentice could lead more into Sales and Marketing and full training will be available and a future salary of circa £22k-£23k.
