Hire to retire. Progression to Site Manager with long term progression opportunities e.g. Operations Manager

Things to consider

You will work on various sites across the Northwest so you'll need to be flexible with regard to travel. This is construction so you should expect to work indoors and outdoors. The environment could be dirty, dusty, noisy, cold, busy etc. You will need to have a decent fitness level as you'll be clocking up some steps walking around site each day.
