What will the apprentice be doing?

You will be responsible for:

  • Taking customer support calls and raising support tickets
  • Liaising with senior engineers to ensure support requirements are fulfilled
  • Carrying out hardware builds for new rollouts
  • Participating in internal project responsibilities
