As a a Customer Service Apprentice (Level 2) , you will support the team and ensure all customer orders are met.

Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).

What will the apprentice be doing?
First, you will learn how to use and navigate our systems, understand and learn our processes; the 'why's' and 'how's' Then support your colleagues with the creation of new customer profiles Moving onto checking customer profiles, ensuring we have all the information we require to maintain our high levels of compliance Finally, you will learn first-class customer service via inbound and outbound communication, both in practice and through your apprenticeship course and if that's not enough, at times support internal teams with customer care

Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Functional Skills if required Relevant workplace training
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Progression to a Level 3 for the successful apprentice.
