What will the apprentice be doing?

First, you will learn how to use and navigate our systems, understand and learn our processes; the 'why's' and 'how's' Then support your colleagues with the creation of new customer profiles Moving onto checking customer profiles, ensuring we have all the information we require to maintain our high levels of compliance Finally, you will learn first-class customer service via inbound and outbound communication, both in practice and through your apprenticeship course and if that's not enough, at times support internal teams with customer care

Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Functional Skills if required Relevant workplace training

Things to consider

The job is homeworking only. There won't be a need to attend any physical location as Ship Shape is now working fully remotely. However, the job will require to work fixed hours from Monday to Friday with one day dedicated to study, the company will provide all the IT equipment as well as a specialised remote work system.
