What will the apprentice be doing?
- Working on tickets raised by customers, predominantly schools
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Installing and configuring both hardware and software
- Shadowing senior technicians both in the workshop and onsite
- Working a range of issues from network issues to password resets
- Delivering a high level of customer service at all times

You'll get hands-on experience in all areas of technical support, from configuring devices to supporting with software, optimising performance, and setting up virtual environments.
With our exciting curriculum and one-to-one support, you'll accelerate your skills and get the qualification and confidence you need to thrive in IT.
- COURSE 1: SUPPORTING IT ARCHITECTURE
- COURSE 2: WORKING WITH END-USER DEVICES
- COURSE 3: WORKING WITH NETWORK ARCHITECTURE
Your training will be delivered in blocks every 4-6 weeks, this will be in our online SMART classrooms. Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship you will receive a level 3 information, communications, technician qualification.
