    Monday to Saturday on a rota basis to be agreed in advance. Monday to Friday 9.30am - 4.00pm and Saturday 9.30am - 3.00pm. Requirement on a Saturday is generally every other week.

What will the apprentice be doing?

(2) Making food and drink for customers (food hygiene certificate is desirable, training will be provided otherwise)
