What will the apprentice be doing?

The Opportunity:
The position is office-based and will require the successful candidate to work alongside and support a small team of Independent Financial Advisers. You will be working in a fast-paced environment and trusted with the delivery of flawless administrative services to enhance the overall client experience.
You will engage with the business and the office to ensure our clients are provided with the best customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Fully understand the Your Y Client Journey
• Engage with clients at all points of their journey
• Observe client meetings
• Efficiently process all areas of customer service and administration relating to
new/existing business and servicing queries
• Liaising with providers to request information as necessary
• Producing valuations
• Preparing client packs
• Prepare/amend suitability letters
• Liaise with the client to conduct questionnaires for protection policies
• Ensuring all required documentation is on file at all times
• Respond to written and telephone enquiries from clients and providers
• Diary management: organising appointments for the adviser and the client
• Maintain client records within the back-office system in an orderly and comprehensive
manner
• Ensuring all meeting follow-up work is completed within agreed timescales

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

All training for your Business Administrator Level 3 qualification will be carried out in the workplace with dedicated time (6 hours per week) will be allocated towards your qualification. 

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Subject to successful completion of your apprenticeship there may be a permanent job opportunity and possible opportunities to further your education.
