What will the apprentice be doing?

Working from our Horsham Head Office you will get hands-on experience whilst undertaking your Information Communications Technician (level 3) Apprenticeship. You will also get trained in a vast range of services, including:

· Microsoft products

· Network Equipment

· Network Security

· Wi-Fi Networks

· VoIP Phone Systems

· Website building, maintenance & development

· Office Cabling

· CCTV Systems

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Level 3 Digital Marketer apprenticeship standard, which includes:

Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
End-Point Assessment (EPA)
Knowledge Module 1: Principles of Coding (for level 3 Digital Marketer Apprenticeship)
Knowledge Module 2: Marketing Principles (for Level 3 Digital Marketer)
Knowledge Module 3: Digital Marketing Business Principle (for level 3 Digital Marketer Apprenticeship)
Apprentices work with our lead tutor, who will be delivering a mixture of online learning and face-to-face learning in the workplace. Visits include some 1 to 1 time, observation of the learner working as part of the assessment and feedback process.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

This is more than an apprenticeship, you will be working with technical experts and reporting to the Company Director, a former Department Head of Barclays Corporate Bank. Once you’ve completed your apprenticeship you will have excellent career options with the business and be able to choose your career path, options include:

Progressing to a Team Leader of new apprentices.

Or

Taking on a Level 4 Network Engineer Apprenticeship with an expected starting salary when completed of £30,000.

Or

Progressing into the Business Development department.
