What will the apprentice be doing?

We are a firm of Insolvency Practitioners looking for someone that is positive, hardworking, driven and ambitious to join our growing team. The role will involve assisting the current team with administration tasks and to help out with case work as and when required.
List of Duties
- Answering phones
-Assisting in sending out merged letters

-Carrying out ID checks for clients

-Scanning and filing

-Note taking during meetings

-Scheduling and organisation of client records

-Keeping abreast of Directors and Managers diaries to ensure no clashes, and that meeting rooms etc are organised

-Organising post

-Assistance with more basic case work, with more responsibility given as they progress

-Other general administration tasks, including photocopying, making drinks etc

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Full training support will be provided via Exeter College throughout achieving the L3 Business Administration Apprenticeship.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Full scope to progress through the department if the right attitude and ability can be exhibited. Both of the Insolvency Practitioners in the firm began in a position and will fully support progression. If potential and commitment is shown, progression to professional exams will also be supported.
