What will the apprentice be doing?
- Work as part of the technology team, to manage and maintain current systems.
- Provide 2nd line support to EV Cargo customers.
- Respond to, rectify, and resolve incidents within specified Service Level Agreement targets and escalate if needed.
- Fulfil customer requests accurately and in a timely manner.
- To assist and support in diagnosis and resolution of application support incidents and problems in a range of client critical software applications and find the more appropriate resolution.
- Deployment of application enhancements.
- Test software components.
- Provide configuration assistance to customers and partners building solutions.
- Builds and maintains positive relationships with all key stakeholders across the business.
- Support and maintain existing applications in line with strategy and ensure they run to maximum efficiency.
- Systems management and the monitoring of back-office server processes.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
During this apprenticeship, you will follow a fully supported training programme with LearnTech, delivered through combined weekly remote classroom-based training, workplace assessment/training and online learning working towards completing the L4 Applications Support Lead standard.
