What will the apprentice be doing?
Learning and understanding the technologies used within Computacenter, you will also:
- Learn why and how certain technologies are used
- Understand how to monitor the performance tools used to manage the Computacenter network
- Follow the processes in place required to maintain the service provided. For example, change process, incident management and problem management
- Planning and executing upgrades on technologies internally
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
- You will gain a Network Engineer Level 4 qualification after successfully completing your apprenticeship
- Your training will be delivered on a blended approach across workshops, project work and progress reviews
- You will stay at the training centre in Wyboston lakes for approx 3 days at a time (costs all included by the company) roughly every other month
- You will be given time to study during working hours
