What will the apprentice be doing?
Duties include:-
- Speaking to customer both in the office and in the community
- Receiving phone calls
- Taking messages
- Supervised visits to customers premises to complete risks assessments and audits
- Updating the database with new customers and existing customers
- General administration

Level 3 Business Administrator Advanced Apprenticeship Standard with SBC Training, Shrewsbury.
The Business Administration Apprenticeship is designed to equip participants with the fundamentals required to work in any business environment. The programme is delivered using a blend of online, anytime learning and expert-led classroom training covering core topics. Throughout this Apprenticeship, participants will be supported by tutors, who have worked in a business environment. They have gained many years of experience and can truly support you to develop the skills and knowledge required to work in a wide range of administrative roles.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Opportunity to progress into a full time role with us after successful completion of the apprenticeship, with options of promotions within the team.
