What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Sorting of invoices for approval and following through on approval process to authorisation stage
  • Checking costs against original project request form and quotes
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Answering the telephone, taking messages, or redirecting the call as necessary
  • Assisting with filing, data entry and general office tasks

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • AAT Level 2 Certificate in Accounting.
  • Training will be delivered 1 day a week at Northampton College, Lower Mounts, NN1 3DE.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
