What will the apprentice be doing?
- Sorting of invoices for approval and following through on approval process to authorisation stage
- Checking costs against original project request form and quotes
- Bank reconciliation
- Answering the telephone, taking messages, or redirecting the call as necessary
- Assisting with filing, data entry and general office tasks
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
- AAT Level 2 Certificate in Accounting.
- Training will be delivered 1 day a week at Northampton College, Lower Mounts, NN1 3DE.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
- Potential for a full-time position once the apprenticeship is complete and progression within the company.
