What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Checking quality of project documentation as it is returned
  • Scanning & Filing of project documentation into SharePoint to assist Civils / HSQE team in delivering their projects efficiently
  • Inputting data in company systems
  • Producing work packs and schedules for internal use
  • Checking quality of documentation for Clients
  • Producing material for business development purposes such as case studies and social media posts
  • Assisting work pricing activities by using estimating software and reviewing drawings

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard
  • This will be assessor led and mainly completed in-house
