What will the apprentice be doing?
Candidates will be required to build a knowledge of geospatial data and use Geographic Information Systems to manipulate and analyse data. They will also possess an interest in developing and progressing a career in environmental consultancy.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Training will be day or block release with an approved training provider to meet the requirements of the apprenticeship standard.
Upon successful completion of the Level 6 apprenticeship you will receive a BSc Surveying and Mapping Sciences.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Following successful completion of the apprenticeship you will follow a structured training and development plan to progress within your team.
