We are looking to recruit Engineering Apprentices for the 2022/23 academic year. If you are leaving school or college with good GCSE grades and would like to pursue a career in Engineering. The apprenticeship will be for 4 years and will include one day per week at College studying towards your qualifications.

What will the apprentice be doing?
Whilst in the workplace you will be involved in all sheet metal processes, such as:
- Punching
- Laser Profiling
- Panel bending
- Press Brake work
- Fabrication & Welding
- Powder Coating and component assembly work
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
- During your 1st and 2nd years youwill be studying towards the Engineering Fitter Standard ST0432. Which will consist of the EAL Level3 Extended Diploma in Mechanical Manufacturing Engineering alongside the EAL Level 3 Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (Development Knowledge)
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
- Within Greenfield Engineering, there is the potential to progress to a Senior Management position
