What will the apprentice be doing?

Main responsibilities:

1. Working collaboratively to prepare, manage and execute marketing activity including digital, email, direct, blogs, and white papers delivered both in-house and with 3rd party agencies.

2. Promoting the assets created to Red Olive’s target audience through a variety of channels including social media, particularly LinkedIn, and driving traffic to the company website to create marketing leads for follow-up.

3. Focused and process orientated, able to ensure a constant flow of successful campaigns and general marketing activity is maintained to support the demands of our growing company.

4. Managing the CRM database and the prospect and customer data the company holds.

5. Event planning, management, and resource coordination.

6. Writing and proofreading copy.

7. Assisting in developing new ideas to help the business move forward.

Our training programmes are delivered virtually by our fully qualified pathway planners virtually whislt in the workplace.


  • Marketing Principles Develop an understanding of the range of digital marketing principles, strategies and techniques
  • Digital marketing campaigns Digital Marketing Business Principles Develop an understanding of search marketing, search engine optimisation, Pay-Per-Click, email marketing, web analytics and metrics, mobile apps, and how these can work together
  • Google Analytics IQ Develop knowledge to be proficient in Google Analytics and be effective at leveraging Google Analytics within their organisations
