What will the apprentice be doing?
- Advising clients about the letting process and rents
- Selecting responsible, reliable tenants
- Efficiently deal with Landlord and Tenant enquiries
- Registering applicants on the phone and walk-ins
- Meet and greet all people entering the office as appropriate
- Organising viewings
- Feedback to LL’s, Tenants and Applicants following viewings
- General administrative duties
- Customer services based duties
- Taking and receiving telephone calls/messages
- Dealing with queries and enquiries from clients and processing these
- Managing files
- Send emails/letters
- Sales and marketing - marketing available properties
- Tenant management - assisting to resolve issues that can arise with our tenants
- Property management - assisting to resolve issues that can arise across our portfolio of properties such as maintenance tasks
- Carrying out property research, including marketing procedures through portals, websites and various databases
- Property management duties may include organising repairs and certificates
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
- Full on-the-job and off-the-Job training will be delivered supported by our Training Provider – Davidson Training UK Ltd
- All training will be carried out within the workplace during working hours
- Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard Level 3
- Level 2 Functional Skills in English and mathematics (if you already do not hold the equivalent)
- Full training will be given leading to a recognised Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard
