The role will involve preparing computer generated benefit calculations, arranging payments to be made and working alongside experienced administrators to develop professional skills.

What will the apprentice be doing?
- The preparation of computer-generated benefit calculations and related correspondence.
- Communicating with clients, their members and advisers via email, letter, and telephone.
- Process client pensioner payrolls, including calculations of net pay, arranging payments, liaison with tax offices and preparation of year end returns.
- Attending team meetings to understand the priorities and offering support as required.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Working with our training provider, you will study for the Workplace Pensions Administrator Level 3 qualification. The programme is well structured with the support of a skills coach, friendly mentors, and line managers to ensure you succeed in your role and study.
During your apprenticeship you'll be completing the following qualification:
- Pensions Management Institute - Award in Pensions Essentials
