What will the apprentice be doing?

Your day to day duties will consist of the following:

  • To ensure we are regularly communicating with clients while exceeding their expectations

  • Validation of all orders received

  • Designing project and communication plans for the solution delivery

  • Co-ordination of internal and external resource

  • Liaising with networks on provisioning orders

  • Raising or adding all aspects of the project billing to CRM

  • Billing queries and recon

  • Cease and re-provides

  • Business administrator Level 3 
  • Onsite with employer, remote and classroom-based learning at Basingstoke ITEC
  • All training is weekly and monthly
  • Functional skilss if required

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Option of a permanent full-time position available upon completion.
