What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Dealing with customer enquiries by telephone and email
  • Data input of student information, assignment scores and course information
  • Ensuring systems are maintained and up to date
  • Use of various IT software packages
  • Preparing and distribution of student packs and materials
  • General administration and support to other members of the team
