Arch Care Rehab Services has been operating since 1999, providing care and support for vulnerable individuals across North Somerset. In recent years, we have opened services in Bath and Gloucester, with the view to expand further. We care about staff and take the time to get to know each member of the team (providing they wish to share that information with us), so that we can take care of our team’s wellbeing, by having candid conversations about their workloads and how we can adjust the workload to suit their needs, as well as discussing any opportunities that they may wish to pursue.
