The successful candidate will work towards a Level 3 Qualification in Business Administration. You will update the TCML portal with letters and notices and ensure contractor information including insurance is maintained and monitored and kept up to date.

What will the apprentice be doing?
The apprentice will carry out the following duties:
- Update the TCML portal with letters and notices
- Update and deal with leaseholder requests on the TCML portal
- Maintain supplier contracts, diarise and arrange renewal as directed
- Ensure contractor information including insurance is maintained and monitored and kept up to date
- Raise works orders for distribution to contractors
- Liaison with contractors regarding maintenance issues
- Maintain and keep updated property spreadsheets and the master spreadsheet and take action as directed.
- Collate and scan invoices for Property Managers and Directors approval
- Invoicing work
- Overseeing the Portal Project from the 9th month and delegating work to the correct people
- Greeting clients/customers
- Going on site visits to learn about what takes place
- Coaching learners on the Portal Project
- Being an apprenticeship ambassador
- Daily use of computer systems
- Respond to leaseholder queries by letter, email and telephone inline with TCML procedures
- Assist with the arrangement of meetings
- Assist with taking minutes at meetings
- Any other tasks as required
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
- The successful candidate will work towards a Level 3 Qualification in Business Administration.
- The day release will be held at Middlesbrough College.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
A permanent position is available upon successful completion of the apprenticeship programme.
