What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Assist in the day to day running of the office keeping it organised and tidy
  • Running daily errands e.g. Restocking the kitchen, getting supplies, managing security fobs, placing orders on the online systems i.e. Amazon
  • Carrying out admin tasks, such as responding to emails, updating records, note taking, answering calls and following up anything outstanding
  • Diary management - managing bookings / invites, as well as desk and parking booking’s
  • Building relationships with staff at all levels as well as suppliers. You will be working closely with the Directors and Heads of Departments
  • Dealing with incoming post and deliveries
  • Supporting facilities in reporting minor issues and carrying out checks
  • Welcoming visitors and ensuring they have signed in, making drinks
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as required
