What will the apprentice be doing?

You will be responsible for your own key children, typically 8-10 children.

You will have your own learning area to ensure it is continuously resourced and is refreshed weekly according to planning and topics within the Early Years Framework.

To plan for a varied, child led, differentiated, inclusive curriculum.

You will work as part of a team, to exchange ideas and promote the welfare and learning of all the children.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Early Years Educator Level 3 Standard.

4 days in the workplace and 1 day per week release to attend Sheffield college, City Campus.

Delivery will be a blended learning delivery model, online learning, and face to face classroom delivery.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
