What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Using the school’s management information system
  • Photocopying, filing and general office duties
  • Answer all incoming calls & relay messages to staff & students as and when required.
  • Meet & greet visitors
  • Deal with general queries from staff, students, parents & visitors
  • Dispatching & receiving mail and distributing around the pigeonholes
  • Assist in the preparation of large mail shots & preparation of materials for events
  • Respecting confidential issues linked to home/students/teachers/academy work
