What will the apprentice be doing?

Working under supervision, your main duties will include:

  • Serving customers at counter
  • Cash handling
  • Order taking
  • Waiting tables
  • Coffee making
  • KP duties e.g., washing pots and pans, keeping floors clean, sanitising food preparation areas
  • Any additional duties you may from time to time be required to undertake to meet the demands of the business
