What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Provide office support
  • Supporting with digital marketing
  • Support in the maintenance of well-organised files and records
  • Keeping the databases up to date
  • Prepare reports from databases
  • Interact with clients, staff, and suppliers etc. either on the phone or in person and to maintain a professional approach at all times
  • Reception work
  • Stock taking
  • Answering telephone calls
  • Photocopying any relevant documents

Requirements:

  • Intermediate skills in Excel is preferred
  • Knowledge of all Microsoft packages
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Has the ability to be flexible in the way of working
  • Has good time management skills to allow for prioritizing tasks accordingly
