The nursery was the first private nursery in Derwentside and has built a reputation for outstanding childcare over the years. We continue to strive to be at the forefront of childcare and maintain high standards in both care and education. This will enable you to develop your skills whilst following an apprenticeship programme. The nursery was recently inspected by the National Day Nurseries Association and were awarded the highest quality grading for ‘exemplary practice’. We have been awarded Millie's Mark for exceptional first aid and achieved outstanding in our NDNA early years inspection. We were also part of Durham County's Baby Room Project which has received both national and international recognition.
