What will the apprentice be doing?
You will be working with nine current analysts and the director of the company, which is an offshoot of a successful student bill splitting company. Tasks will include:
· Booking smart meter installations with end customers
· Working with engineers to assist with queries at the point of installation
· Resolving customer queries regarding energy supply status, meter reads, billing queries – both emails and inbound calls
· Operational processes that maintain data integrity and supply statuses
· Business as usual operational procedures and refinement of such processes
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Aswell as in house training, this opportunity is supported by a L3 Business Administration apprenticeship programme. This programme is delivered by the apprenticeship college through live remote workshops via theatre based learning, IT specific sessions and workshops. Ongoing skills coach support will be provided throughout.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
