What will the apprentice be doing?

You will be working with nine current analysts and the director of the company, which is an offshoot of a successful student bill splitting company. The office is shared with a bigger start-up, so there is a young and friendly working atmosphere. As the firm grows there will be opportunities to develop your skills in multiple areas.

Tasks will include:

· Booking smart meter installations with end customers

· Working with engineers to assist with queries at the point of installation

· Resolving customer queries regarding energy supply status, meter reads, billing queries – both emails and inbound calls

· Operational processes that maintain data integrity and supply statuses

· Business as usual operational procedures and refinement of such processes

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Aswell as in house training, this opportunity is supported by a L3 Business Administration apprenticeship programme. This programme is delivered by the apprenticeship college through live remote workshops via theatre based learning, IT specific sessions and workshops. Ongoing skills coach support will be provided throughout.

TruEnergy are looking for an individual to bring onboard and build from the ground up. We are looking for an individual who would like to kickstart their career with an apprenticeship that will develop into a permanent role on completion of training.
