What will the apprentice be doing?

Responsible for providing support to the team.  The role offers a diverse range of tasks as follows:

Handling enquiries
Maintaining administrative systems
Formatting documentation
Advertising positions/Writing Advertisements
Assisting managers in resourcing applicants
Keeping well-organised files and records of business activity
Keeping computer databases up to date
Interacting/speaking with clients
Answering phones, communicating with clients and connecting calls to the proper department
Taking phone messages and passing them on
Following up on business communications
Filing/File management
Copying, scanning, faxing
General errands
Preparing routine documentation
Sending our documentation

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Full training will be given leading to a recognised Recruitment Resourcer Apprenticeship Standard Qualification.

Off-the-job training will be supported by our Training Provider – Davidson Training UK Ltd.

You will also complete the Functional Skills in maths and English up to and including Level 2 (if you already do not hold the equivalent).

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Full-time position and progression to a Recruitment Consultant.

Things to consider

Due to the nature of the recruitment fields we work within, you would be required to take any annual leave out of school term time (during the school holiday period). During out of term time (school holidays), you will work half day’s and receive full pay. You will receive 20 days holiday a year. We close down during Christmas and New Year (these are additional days holidays that will be paid). 5 minutes from Debden Tube Station (Central Line).
