About the employer

Our Erdington Branch is set across a large house making it much easier for us to separate children into smaller groups for learning and teaching, while also making it simple and easy for children to flow from room to room throughout the day in order to mix with different ages, benefitting from peer learning. In the upstairs of the building, we have three rooms for our babies, while older children (aged 2-4 years) occupy the entire ground floor of our building with unlimited access to our large, purpose-built outdoor area.
