What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Monitoring and maintaining sales ledgers for a portfolio of clients
  • Input and allocation of collections
  • Weekly chasing of portfolio via phone and email
  • Sending copy invoices, chasing letters and monthly statements
  • Assisting in the resolution of issues / queries raised whilst maintaining client relationships
  • Input and allocation of daily collections
  • Requesting and preparing documents for legal action
  • Compiling weekly due in list for management
  • Daily balancing
  • General office duties and department housekeeping
  • Monthly targets to be met

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Customer service practitioner level 2 apprenticeship standard.

This qualification requires college attendance once per month. Additional college attendance may be required for functional skills.

We are offering the right person a long-term career and a permanent position within the company upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.
