What will the apprentice be doing?

Day to day you’ll be involved in:

  • Liaising with a variety of stakeholders across AASC contracts and Serco.
  • Monitoring and management of Complaints and Feedback Mailbox, processing complaints and adhering to responses, KPI timescales and requests.
  • Attending and participating in team briefs and meetings, training and appraisal processes.
  • Gatekeeping compliance and quality throughout the complaints process.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

You will be earning your L3 Business Admin by working six to eight hours a week at home to complete your apprenticeship.
