What will the apprentice be doing?

  • You will have GCSE’s in Maths and English
  • You will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
  • You will be working in a target driven environment
  • You will be organised, with excellent time management skills and keep diaries up to date
  • You will be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite and keep all client information up to date
  • As a self-motivated person, you will be career focussed with a strong desire to succeed
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-Workers and gain new business as well as looking aftyer existing clients in an account manager capacity
  • You will be able to function well as part of a team
  • You will be able to work on your own and use initiative where needed

Additional training prgrammes will be offered and required on completion of this course.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

You will gain your Customer Service Apprenticeship Level 3 qualification.

This training will be done in-house and will be assessor led.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

There will be a career progression within the company and external courses once the apprenticehip is gained.
