What will the apprentice be doing?

  • General office duties i.e., post, scanning and filing
  • Typing up purchases, invoices, and bank statements onto excel
  • Photographing receipts via Dext software
  • Answering telephone and greeting clients
  • Assisting with the preparation of sole trader accounts
  • Learning the authorisation process
  • Connecting bank feeds via xero software
