What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Planning and managing for meetings, conferences and travel
  • Assists in planning and arranging events, including organising and catering
  • Answers phone calls
  • Maintains stock lists, inventory and orders office and inventory supplies as needed
  • Interacts with directors and carries out their requests
  • Manages correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail
  • Manages outgoing post and records data on special deliveries
  • Manage incoming potential client requests, assigning them and ensuring these are followed up on in a timely manner
  • Customer relationship
  • Managing client software and information
  • Developing and preparing meeting presentations, client presentations and proposals

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • The LightBulb will deliver the Level 3 Business Admin Apprenticeship Standard.
  • You will need to attend 4 workshops remotely via Zoom
  • To include 20% off the job training
  • In-house training will be given to support specifics of the role
