When working in our customer services team you will be the first contact for many of our customers. This is a varied and important role and involves working in the clubs café, where you will serve drinks and snacks. You will also work in the reception where you will undertake administration tasks and deal with current and prospective customers.

What will the apprentice be doing?

Daily responsibilities will be:

  • To serve hot drinks and light snacks in the clubs café.
  • To respond to general enquiries from our customers.
  • To take payments for course fees, merchandise and consumables and ensure that accurate records are kept relating to this.
  • To monitor stock levels for merchandise and consumables.
  • To assist with the cleaning of front of house areas and the clubs café.
  • To assist with general administration and clerical duties.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Full Customer Service Practitioner Level 2

All training to be carried out at the employers premises.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

The club is committed to developing its core workforce and ensuring that the clubs development plans come to fruition. It is a possibility that full time positions will be available for those candidates that have excelled in their development.
